At Heavy Metal Fashion, every order is packed with care and attitude – just for you.
Order & Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
After 24 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Customized/made-to-order items are non-cancellable once production begins (clearly mentioned at the time of purchase).
In rare cases of unavailability, we’ll offer a full refund or an alternative item.
Return & Exchange
We follow a strict product-checking policy to ensure you receive a 100% perfect product – damage is rare, but if it happens, we’ve got your back.
Returns are accepted only within 24 hours of delivery and only in case of physical damage or incorrect item.
Communication must be made via email to info@heavymetalfashion.in, with clear photos of the issue attached.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.
The product must be shipped back by the customer to our office, and a consignment copy must be shared.
For approved exchanges, we will bear the shipping cost for sending the new item.
Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstance.
Custom-made/personalised items are non-returnable unless defective.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for size issues only and must be made within the same product category.
Cross-category exchanges are not permitted.
If the required size is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
Note : Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings. Refer to our Size Chart for the best fit.
