Shipping Policy

SHOULDER:

The measuring tape is placed horizontally over the shoulder area from left to the right edge of the garment.

 CHEST:

The measuring tape is placed horizontally over the chest area from left to the right edge of the garment both on the front and back.

 LENGTH:

The measuring tape is placed in the garment from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom edge vertically.

 WAIST:

The measuring tape is placed in the front waist area of the garment from left to right edge horizontally.

 SLEEVE LENGTH:

The measuring tape is placed from top of the shoulder to length of the sleeve vertically in the garment.

NOTE : THE SIZES MAY VARY IN THE RANGE OF +0.5 INCHES TO -0.5 INCHES.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Easy 7-Day Size Exchange

Request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with tags intact.

The exchange process may take 7–10 working days.

Reverse Pickup

Reverse pickup is chargeable at ₹150–₹250 depending on the PIN code. You can also self-ship the product to us.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns for change of mind or preference. Any approved discretionary return will be issued as Heavy Metal Store Credit.

Wrong or Damaged Product?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos/videos. Once verified, we’ll arrange the appropriate replacement, return or refund.

Cancellations & Delays

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, shipping delays do not automatically qualify for cancellation or return, subject to applicable consumer law.

Exchange Availability

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your required size is unavailable, you can choose another product or receive Store Credit for the eligible product value.
