Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy

Request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery through our Exchange Portal or by emailing info@heavymetalfashion.in with your order number. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags intact.

Reverse pickup

A reverse-pickup fee of ₹250 applies per exchange request. You may also self-ship the item using a courier of your choice.

Processing time and replacement dispatch

Please allow at least 7–10 working days for the exchange process. We will dispatch your replacement only after we have received the original item and completed our inspection. The replacement will not be shipped before these checks are complete.

Availability

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your required size is unavailable, you may choose another product or receive store credit for the eligible product value.

Wrong or damaged items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or videos. Once verified, we will arrange the appropriate resolution at no extra cost.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable Indian consumer law.
