Refund Policy

Refund Policy

For any mutually agreed and approved return, the eligible refund will be issued as Heavy Metal store credit only. It will not be refunded to the original payment method or paid in cash.

When store credit is issued

Store credit will be processed only after we receive the approved returned item and complete our inspection.

Returns are not accepted for a change of mind or personal preference. All exceptional returns require prior approval. See our Return Policy for eligibility.

For size exchanges, the ₹250 reverse-pickup fee and processing timeline are covered separately in our Exchange Policy.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable Indian consumer law.
