Return Policy

We do not accept returns for a change of mind or personal preference.

Mutually agreed returns

Any exceptional return must be mutually agreed upon and approved by Heavy Metal Fashion in advance. Please contact us before sending an item back. Approved items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags intact.

For a mutually agreed return, the eligible refund will be issued as Heavy Metal store credit only, after we receive the item and complete our inspection. Please see our Refund Policy.

Wrong or damaged items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or videos so we can verify the issue and arrange the appropriate resolution at no extra cost.
