4. Do not bleach or soak for too long-nobody likes drama.
5. Tumble dry low or hang dry in shade.
6. Iron inside out on low heat. Avoid the print zone!
7. Do not dry clean.

Place the measuring tape on the shoulder seam and measure it edge to edge

CHEST:

Lift your arms slightly and measure around your bust.

LENGTH:

Measure the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom edge.

Easy 7-Day Size Exchange

Request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with tags intact.

The exchange process may take 7–10 working days.

Reverse Pickup

Reverse pickup is chargeable at ₹150–₹250 depending on the PIN code. You can also self-ship the product to us.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns for change of mind or preference. Any approved discretionary return will be issued as Heavy Metal Store Credit.

Wrong or Damaged Product?

Contact us at info@heavymetalfashion.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos/videos. Once verified, we’ll arrange the appropriate replacement, return or refund.

Cancellations & Delays

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, shipping delays do not automatically qualify for cancellation or return, subject to applicable consumer law.

Exchange Availability

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your required size is unavailable, you can choose another product or receive Store Credit for the eligible product value.
